Returns & Exchanges

At Ofa, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
